Everybody is asking me: How did you come to this decision? Going to Jordan?
Leading a team in the Middle East is challenging opportunity with strongly impact behind. When I imagine the young people for them we open the opportunity to live AIESEC experience, I see future leaders that will make decision in society about important cultural, political & economic issues. I’m asking myself “Why should I go there”? My persuasion, values, curiosity and courage tell me Why NOT? Let’s make a difference! I’m very passionate but also aware of the cultural differences and obstacles that will be part of that experience. But still the idea and impact are stronger.
